What's your guilty pleasure?

so i'm pretty sressed about college right now and i need a new way to procrastinate. what better way to relieve that stress than reminisce about our many guilty pleasures....feel free to share them

mine is probably watching American Idol and Extreme MAkeover Home Edition (basically all reality TV)...its pretty sad

i go on this website

Yeah, CC and LJ are some of mine.

But I also like to watch the OC, One Tree Hill and Desperate Housewives. I would categorize those are guilty pleasures.

Family Guy and American Dad.

Things I do while avoiding homework:
CC, LJ, Blurty, thesuperficial.com, hollywoodrag.com (extremely guilty pleasure....celebrities...), cookie dough ice cream, practicing my little brother's piano songs, playing ocarina, email, compose music (oh so guilty!)

Sometimes I listen to musical soundtracks and pretend I'm singing the lead. And I dance sometimes too. It's sad.

Survivor, Real World/Road Rules Challenge, and the Weekly World News (it's like the National Enquirer but with fewer celebrities and more aliens).

MSNBC/CNN/CSPAN (Man I'm sick...)

what is "LJ"?

live journal?

Ryan, yeah, LJ stands for LiveJournal.

Guilty pleasures? Reading. Internet. CC. Pacing my room listening to music. Obsessively jumping to my laptop whenever I hear the "ding" of a new MSN contact coming online, hoping it's a friend.

Going on CC is a guilty pleasure? which part? Knowing that others have worser scores than you or just because you have no life? I think it is both for me. But seriously, knowing the scores of many of you (cause it is all posted), how can you release stress by going on here? It is more stress for me.

For me CC's a guilty pleasure because I have no life. quirked smile A lot of ppl on CC, the overwhelming majority, have higher SAT I and SAT II's score than I so shrug

As for releasing stress, if you go around the Int'l Forum or the individual school forums or the H.S. forums, you can see relationships/bonds forming. It certainly gives an outlet to know others are grousing and complaining as I am. I've made some friends through CC, for which I'm eternally grateful.

Guilty pleasure? CC for sure. I dont know why im so obsessive about it. im only a sophomore.

yea this site is definetly a guilty pleasure. I would NEVER tell any of my friends I post on a message board, it's too embarrassing. The thing I like about this site is that it's constant new info and always being updated. I limit myself to posting when I'm at home on vacation haha.

This website, watching anything on ESPN (I LOVE poker...but on TV?), mindless videogames, music (yay for iTunes), and of course, spending time w/ my girlfriend...

retail

10ch

Let's just say that my guilty pleasure is unsafe for kids to know.

writing twisted psychologically-SM thrillers that will never see daylight ^_^

If I lived in Anchorage, the Bush Company and Koots would be my guilty pleasures:)

I agree that CC is my guilty pleasure. My GF still wonders why I post on here, sometimes I wonder that myself. But there are educated people here who can help you with things if you have questions about them. Kind of like a free support group with no strings attached.

Definitely CC and LiveJournal.

I 2nd Business_Boi, and I also love watching "The Big Lebowski" when I get the opportunity!
