It was great. Just goes to show that stupid teachers do in fact exist...she shut up real quick when my mom busted out the 4x3 ft. photo of my Native American great-great grandmother and records of my creole great-great grandfather. Mmmm.

50% Hong Kong-ese

100% Taiwanese

50% egyptian (this includes like 1/8 turkish)

I love how people confuse me for other nationalities and different people have commented what nationalities they see in me. I told a substitute teacher I was really Filipino when she asked the heritage question, but she got it out of me that I was basically a human cocktail with Chinese and she said "AHA!"

Good times.

im kinda like eva10127.

50% canton-ese (are we genetically different than other chinese? i think we are, we're so much shorter!)

100%, True-blooded Colombian. I'm as Colombian as coffee. But I was adopted by white people and now I share that heritage as well. My adopted heritage is mostly Italian the ethnicity I identify with the most, Swedish (25%-10%), and then a lit bit of Irish, and some other Scandinavian countries.

Most people don't usually identify me as Hispanic unless I tell them (which I do because I have always identified myself as Hispanic) but the list of guesses starts with Italian and Greek. I have gotten pretty much everything that isn't considered white (as in skin color).

I'm pretty sure that both Italians and Greeks are considered white...

coolio!!!:)

cantonese and Chinese are the same race.

here is my generalization

Chinese from down south tend to be shorter, however they tend to possess whiter skin and more "delicate facial" features, almost like the Japanese.

Chinese from up north are very tall (almost near the range of white people, probably due to mixing with russians/mongolians), they tend to be stronger physically, but their faces are more coarse, and their skin color is more to the tanner side.

personally I am from upnorth, and standing with a friend who came from Taiwain you can easily spot our differences.

there are no genetic differences between them as they are all a part of the "Han" race.

50% Hong Kong-ese
50% Canton-ese (guangzhou,china)
or taiwainese

they are all a part of "Han", or Chinese.

Frankly I don't think you should distinguish between french/german/british, etc. they are all white (anglo-saxon?)
