When and how to I send my scores to colleges?

<p>Hello everyone,</p>

<p>I have taken previous act's and sat's and I'm going to take them again. How and when should I send my scores to colleges I want to go to? Should I choose to have the scores of the tests that I'm going to take and risk a lower score?</p>
