when and where should I transfer?

I had a choice between Umass Amherst, NYU, UCI, UCD, and Stony Brook, but I really did not like any of them since none of them were my first choice. Therefore I chose Stony Brook, the cheapest, and to transfer to a better college.

My high school GPA was 3.0, and SAT 1950 and took it again recently which came out to be 2140. I took 5 AP classes and passed 4 of them with one 5, two 4s, and a 3.

I moved into Stony Brook as fall 2010, and I'm taking 16 credits with jazz band. My intended major is physics and computer science, and I'm taking 200 courses (sophmore classes) for physics, comp sci, and applied calculus. I currently have all A+'s and I have no worries about midterms.

I find people around me uneducated and stupid for the most. And only the comp sci and physics profs are great but other classes are directed by staff members.

I just want to transfer to higher ranked universities where I can receive better education than now...and actually learn new concepts instead of getting A+'s on what I already know.

So when and where should I be considering of transferring?
