Darthmouth says NPC will not be accurate for International students. Should we still fill in and take a snapshot when applying ED as a proof if the binding aggreement needs to be broken by us?
Sure
You can do the NPC and take a screen shot of it…but they have already told you…the NPC is NOT going to be accurate for you as an international student.
