The second essay asks for an extra curricular that portrays your values. Can these ECs be ones we did during high school? Or only college?

I know it's kind of early to ask this but i was just curious so I know what activities I should look into.

I doubt that it matters which activity you look into. The issue is more of what you did in the activity that you chose. They are looking for ways that you contributed to the organization and made a difference.

Ross is looking for recency because they want to know that you’ve been actively involved in college life and not just resting on your laurels from all your great high school achievements. Otherwise yes I agree with resipsa " The issue is more of what you did in the activity that you chose. They are looking for ways that you contributed to the organization and made a difference."
