When are applicants considered for scholarships?

Right now I've got a 2180 (M:760,CR:740,W:680) on the SAT I. According to the website, to be considered for the Presidential scholarship you need to have atleast a 2250.

I've been told to apply early, so I plan on doing it in September. Assuming I'm accepted and hear back in a few weeks because of rolling admission, can I retake the SATs in October, November and December and have those scores considered for the scholarship?

I think last year it said applications needed to be in by December 1 to be considered for scholarship. With the rolling admissions, my daughter applied in late October and was admitted 4 days later. She heard about scholarships in mid-December.
