<p>No email notification. The application portals are updated with a link to click on.</p>

<p>yeahh I didn’t get an email either. I just happened to be checking the portal.</p>

<p>I also applied to UCONN, which uses the same system as UMD. After the portal notification, like maybe 24 hours, I got an email saying that “my status had changed” and that I should check the portal. So maybe that’s the way it will happen for UMD as well.</p>

<p>Hey guys, where does it tell if you were accepted into Honors or Scholars? In the same area where it tells about your accepted school and major?</p>

<p>@nygiants2012 It told me right in the opening paragraph of my letter. </p>

<p>“Congratulations! I am pleased to offer you admission to the University of Maryland and the Honors College for the Fall 2012. You were selected from among a highly talented group of applicants and we were impressed with your academic achievements, talents and experiences.”</p>

<p>When we log in we don’t get the informtion. In fact it appears that the application was not submitted. This is a definite change from the way it appeared a few days ago when it read that all was complete. Anyone else having this problem? No email yet either.</p>
