I had a girl in my grade who claimed to have been accepted sometime in October.

I thought EA decisions weren't made till December 15th.

JHU has no EA – ED only.

Well Early Decision, sorry I don’t have all the terms down.

ed is binding while ea is not binding (just so you know). but to answer your question, ed applicants found out December 15th this year. I would know (as I was one of them). Your friend either has some serious conections or maybe some athletes found out early. Applications were due Nov 1st which makes her date sound a little more skeptical.

Well she played 2 years of JV soccer, somehow I’m doubting its on the athletic side.

She’s our valedictorian with a 4.0, she hasn’t told anybody her test scores. Somehow I’m just very skeptical. She also claims she wont be going for financial reasons and will instead be going to University of Wisconsin.

probably lied?

Because she isn’t going, she probably lied.

That’s why I was assuming. I’m wondering if she even applied due to the binding of ED.
