I applied for a local alumni interview, but haven't gotten any calls back or anything. How long does it take to process your request?

That depends on whether or not you're an EA applicant. I received an email from my alumni interviewer the day after I applied for one. Actually, I just had my interview this morning and it was really informative and fun. But I guess it would have to depend where you live; I live in the Greater LA area so maybe that was easier.

Also, don't freak out too much about it. Alex lives in a suburb of a major city, when U of C alumni are bound to be plentiful. If you live in Wasilla, there may be zero alumni in your area.

It totally depends on how many alumni are in your area, though if you're an RD applicant you'll be getting your interview some time after November, almost guaranteed.

It might be embarrassing to ask this, but where on my u of chicago homepage can I go to sign up for an interview?
It says on the first year applicants section that I can call this one number to apply for an interview, but how may I do it online?
On the side of my homepage it only lists, "Update your information", "Financial Aid Application", "Update Your Application", and "Contact Your Counselor".

I applied early also.
