<p>When are we expected to send mid-year reports? Are we supposed to include our first semester grades AND our midterm grades?</p>
<p>The midyear report is something your counselor should do. It looks a lot like the school report, and includes a place to upload your most current transcript. It is also a place for your counselor to add things that were not included in the original report.</p>
<p>If your school did this stuff on the common app, after your counselor uploads it, then you can send it off to any school through your own CA account. If they do it by mail, then presumably you need to tell your counselor where it needs to go. It will not be ready until after your grades have been posted.</p>
<p>Mid-year report should be sent as soon as your first semester grades are released; those are reported not your grades from mid-first semester.</p>
<p>Are midterm grades included?</p>
<p>Yes, in fact that is the main point of the midterm grades. It also allows the counselor to add/change anything they said in the original school report.</p>
