<p>Columbia sent me an e-mail to inform me of my missing documents. In the e-mail, it said that all materials needed to be sent by the 23rd of February. Does this include both the midyear and secondary report?</p>

<p>secondary school report, or the part 4 was due on jan 4, its your transcript and guidance counselor report. it is possible columbia got your transcript, but not with the secondary school report (part 4) cover sheet. </p>
<p>midyear is a cover sheet and an updated transcript due asap. they give the rough deadline of feb 1.</p>
<p>since columbia marks things it is possible that they have the info, they’ve read it, but just never marked it as a secondary school report or a midyear. give 'em a ring or an email, or re-send the stuff (preferably probably now by fax).</p>
<p>I have a similar question- when you go on “track your app” does it state that they got midyear and transcipt from midyear? I know they received both but it is not listed. also I never got an email any thing was missing, but there is no list that it the midyear was received or missing</p>
