When can I expect to hear back?

<p>I applied to Boston College RD.</p>

<p>I know some people who also applied RD, but submitted their apps very early. They already heard back. So I’m guessing BC does not wait until April 1st to release their decisions? </p>

<p>When can I expect to hear back? or is this completely random?</p>

<p>That’s not possible. These people must have applied EA, or they are lying to you.</p>

<p>As for hearing back, it will most likely be end of March/early April.</p>

<p>Dear gashergina : Boston College does not have rolling admissions for regular decision candidates. Are you sure that these folks who have heard back were in BC’s regular decision pool?</p>

<p>According to my application check page, “Regular Admission decisions will be released between March 15 and April 15, 2010”.</p>

<p>Athletes are accepted EA… You’ll have to wait till early April with the rest of us :(</p>

<p>^^not necessarily. National Football Signing Day is not until Feb. A kid could skip EA and still “sign” with a coach.</p>

<p>My bad, I meant RECRUITED athletes are generally accepted EA/ED … many even know where they’re going far before senior year haha.</p>

<p>I live in Massachusetts and got my acceptance packet in the mail last year on March 25th. I don’t know about this year, but last year there was a financial aid tab on agora that indicated an acceptance…I forget what happened exactly but basically it was either there or disappeared if you got in.</p>
