When colleges says they want tax filings, do they want the whole packet of 50+ pages?

<p>Sorry for all the questions. I am applying ED to Cornell and they want tax filing for financial aid. Do I have to mail them the entire packet of 1040?</p>

<p>^call the school. Some schools want the Form 1040 (2 pages) only.</p>

<p>And some schools want the 1040 and all schedules. Contact the school and ask them what they want. Then send them what they ask for.</p>

<p>If you would send the IRS 50 pages, that may be what they need.
Since they ask for all forms nd schedules for returning students, it’s a fair bet they need that for new applicants ass well.</p>
