<p>Any opinions about visiting in the Fall of 7th grade for those interested in entering BS as freshmen? Too soon?</p>
<p>Some great advice I heard from a Director of Admissions - visit schools when they have events open to the public. Go to a soccer game and chat with people there. You’ll get a good feel for the place and no one will know you’re applying so they’ll give you their honest opinions.</p>
<p>3xboy- I wouldn’t do a formal tour this early but it’s not too soon to start thinking about what both parents and student want in a school. Talk to anyone you know with kids who are at the school and in particular with kids who have left the school. Sometimes you get the best information from families for whom the school was not a good fit. (Although, of course, this information should be taken with a grain of salt.)</p>
