I sent it in the first week of April (not the 1st, which fell on a Friday, so the week of the 4th).
I had to wait because I had my first graded assignment in one of my classes returned in that week, after taking it during the week before. It wasn't like I was holding my breath to see whether I got an A--I was confident that I got an A, but my teacher couldnt tell me my grade until she has graded the assignment.

Dartmouth's decisions are coming out soon. If I sent my midterm in 20-25 days before the decisions are MAILED (because they'll have been made before then), do you guys think I did it too late for it to be considered?

Edit: the two hyphens after the first A are supposed to signal a dash, not an A double minus, which doesn't exist here and probably none of you care about. The timing is the issue here.
