When Did You Start Studying?

Just a post to see when we all started studying for the SAT. Ill start it off:

I started in the second semester of my sophmore year.

I started studying 2nd semester in my junior year (which is now) for the April 1 SAT.

I started studying 2 days ago for the June test. These next three months are going to be tough because I have a lot of catching up to do.

I went to a tutoring place last summer, then took it in December. Probably going to do the same this year, only take it in October or November so the gap's not so big.

i was born with an SAT book in my mother's womb.

I started studying the day Mrs. Katz said "welcome to first grade," and kept studying regularly. When it came time to take the SAT, all I needed to do was go through a few sample tests to refresh what I had been learning for 12 years. Worked fine.

So you got a 2400 right?

I never studied. I didn't omit any. I didn't go to bed early. I got a 2100. Kind of low for CC standards, but nobody at my school has beat it.

I guess i reviewed vocabulary in 9th grade b/c my 9th grade science teacher taught us how to get into college instead of teaching us science, but after that I never really studied. I'd just review everything about a week before the test, and always take a practice exam the night before. After all, all the math is learned by Algebra II, writing you just improve from practice, critical reading is practice and expanding your vocabulary.

Single sitting score: 2260
Combined score: 2290
