<p>i’m beginning to think they’re timing it so everyone gets them tomorrow.</p>
<p>I just called and was told my daughter’s package was mailed today (we’re in California, so it won’t arrive until Saturday, soonest). I have to admit that I only half believe them. But we can hope!</p>
<p>I don’t think they mailed them all out when they said they did. I live in NJ and still haven’t received my package. And if they are still mailing packages today, then we might not be receiving them until next week.</p>
<p>My d just received an email directing her to her financial aid letter.</p>
<p>Great timing since we’re leaving for DC in a couple of hours and won’t be here when the admissions packet finally arrives! Check your email!</p>
<p>No package yet…no e-mail either. But I wasn’t expecting any aid other than merit-based.</p>
<p>My daughter just got the 20,000 Presidential Scholarship!!! We didn’t get any need based but I wasn’t really expecting any. We are so thankful and relieved that she got the merit award, it makes attending a real possibility.</p>

<p>Mine arrived today. USPS marked it as “time sensitive material” and scheduled it so it would be delivered on exactly April 1st. I imagine everyone will recieve them today.</p>

<p>It came as an email notification this morning. You go to [MyGW</a> - The George Washington University Web Portal](<a href=“http://my.gwu.edu%5DMyGW”>http://my.gwu.edu) Then it says to click on “gweb info system”. You will see it along the left side of the page. Then log in with your GWID…start with an upper case G then the number. Your PIN should be your birthdate , Ie if you were born today (month, day, year) then put 040110. Then it will prompt you to change your PIN. <strong><em>Make sure you pick only 6 characters</em></strong> It can be letters or numbers or a combo but can only be 6 long!! That messed us up this morning because it didn’t specify that and we got locked out. I had to call a phone number and they talked me through it and told me to use 6 characters only. Then make up a security question and answer it and hit submit. Then you get a drop down menu and pick “School Year 2010-2011” That is where we saw the award money.</p>
