When do Berkeley supplements get emailed out?

I heard that people who are borderline for admission get supplement questionnaires…
I was just wondering when Berkeley usually sends them out?

I believe they already sent them out, from multiple accounts from HS seniors I know. I’m not sure it they’re still sending them but I’d say not.
