When Do Colleges Release Financial Aid Decisions?

This is real important for me because of timing visits to colleges. My family doesn't have the means to visit every school I applied to, so our plan is to go to my top two or three choices that I'm accepted into and that we know we can afford. Because of this, I really need to know what my financial aid package will look like. I applied to a bunch of schools and have been able to visit some local ones already. Here's how I stand on the distant ones:

Villanova University: Accepted
Boston College: Awaiting Decision
Cornell University: Awaiting Decision
University of Notre Dame: Awaiting Decision

Presuming I get in (knock on wood), when and how will I be able to view my financial aid award? My plan was to visit during spring break (April 5th - 13th). Do decisions normally go out by this time? This is something I know next to nothing about, despite completing FAFSA and PROFILE, etc. I'd assume you hear back before May 1st when you have to commit, but is this not always the case? I just want to make sure I like the school and its atmosphere before I commit to going there, even if I can afford it.

I also applied to the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech, Emory University and Oxford College of Emory. I live in Georgia, so I've been able to visit all of them, but if anyone knows when they release aid decisions it would be a real help as well. Thanks to all!
