When do credits for AP courses show up on Degree Audit?

For sophomore.

All AP scores sent in before Freshman year.

Necessary courses completed with decent grades.

Does one need to request the credits or something? Speak to advisor?

I can't find a lot on WHEN they show up.

Anybody else know?

My credits showed up by the end of first year. Go talk to your advisor.

Are they showing up on SSOL when you look at your grades? If your AP credits have been applied, they should be at the bottom of the page.

And I had a bit of an issue with applying my AP credits. I submitted them in person during orientation, but I never got the credits. I didn’t even bother to check, thinking they might not appear online. And then it wasn’t until I met with my pre-med advisor who told me that I needed to apply my AP chem credits (because I took intensive gen chem freshman year) that I realized something was wrong (and this was a year later). I met with my advisor a second time, and he finally applied them. I think he lost them the first time (both times, he made photocopies of the original score report). Then he emailed me to ask me which AP tests I wanted credit for, since credit for all my tests combined would have exceeded the maximum number of credits allowed.

Many thanks for your help.
