<p>When you are accepted depending on the school they send you a form that has preference lists and things like substance-free floor, coed/single-sex, and other criteria. The problem though is that at most colleges, upperclassmen are given priority over freshmen, so only those spots reserved for freshmen would be occupied by the incoming class.</p>
