<p>Did UCLA offer you loans in your financial aid package? They will tell you what you need to do to get those. Usually you do some sort of online education/counseling. If you have to take out loans beyond what UCLA offered, you will need to start looking around. You will probably need a co-signer. I hope you are not taking too much in loans - beyond about $27,000 total over all 4 years is really more than you want to have to pay back --</p>
