When do interviews stop being offered ?

I haven’t been offered an interview yet for my top school. I live in an area where there should be a lot of alums. It has almost been a month since I submitted my application. I am worried and kind of upset that I haven’t heard from them. Does this mean that I won’t be getting an interview?? When do ivy leagues stop offering them, if my potential interviewer is busy with other interviewees?

First week in February last year seemed to be the end.

D got into a number of top schools without being offered an interview. We live by a major city.

A friend got into a HYP without an interview and he was not that special that he was an obvious yes.
