i got wait listed too :(

I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet...I live in NOVA...What the heck...this is crazy...

i live in northern Virginia and i haven't received a decision either! maybe we'll here tomorrow!

i live in nova and i haven't received it yet! All the people I know who applied got some letter of decision, but I haven't... Does this mean anything? Or do letters just go out in waves?

I wouldn't worry about it. Right now, post offices are flooded with college mail; delays are to be expected. Since you are in-state, I would expect your letter to arrive this coming Monday or Tuesday.

I got another Monroe Scholars package today.

ceebee63: Congratulations! I'm surprised to hear that they sent out Monroe packages as recently as yesterday - I thought that they had all been distributed. Did it come with your regular acceptance package or separately?

I'm not going to lie, getting in WM feels swell!

the monroe scholars package that came yesterday was information for the admitted monroe students program.

Yup, thanks for clarifying. That's why I said "another." :) I just wanted to let other Monroe Scholars know to expect a little something in the mail!

I am In-State and live less than an hour from William and Mary...and have not received anything!! Not even a letter of rejection...zilch, nada. My friends who applied regular decision got theirs a few days ago. I am really confused??

I live in Virginia too and I just called the admissions office because I haven't heard anything either. They said not to worry because decisions were being mailed in waves so not all of them have been sent out yet. They said we will definitely hear by April 1 though.

I still havent gotten a letter. what does "waves" mean, like first wave= acceptances/ waitlist...2nd wave = rejects. I cant believe I would get rejected from W and M...waitlist a deff possibility, but denied is a little much.
Well, I guess we'll see.

Means the postman's either wavin' you in or signaling bye bye. ;) good luck ... here's to good news for you this week ...

Whatever 'tis, make it good news.

Lasy year, my daughter was one of the first to receive her acceptance letter. A friend at school heard nothing for about ten days and then received her acceptance. Same zip code......no reason why one was so delayed. Post mark was the same. Good luck to those still waiting.

I'm in RI.....so nervous, even though it is a huge reach and I would be extremely fortunate to even get waitlisted. Congrats to those already admitted :)

D still waiting in MA....

uhyea...havent heard anything. nothing at all....

All I got in the mail from them was their financial aid follow up letter telling me that I need to send my financial aid stuff to them. God I wish I could know now...This is agonizing

Accepted in No. Va. received today----just not sure if it is the right choice
