<p>Quick question. Called the registrar and the lady had no idea what she was talking about. When do students get dropped from classes they have not paid for? I know Jan 6 was the payment deadline, but have no idea when kids on the waitlist get moved into classes.</p>
<p>Lastly, when exactly does registration for spring semester open back up? Sorry if this somewhere on UT's site, but I have barely any free time this week due to work and interview prep. Thanks.</p>

<p>I just recently got off the waitlist for CH 310N! I was like 119/200 for Anslyn and got in today! Hahahaha.</p>

<p>Last semester my roommate was #1 on the waitlist and he got removed when they took the waitlist down for everyone. They say the top 12 or 13 is usually realistic but really depends on the class, either they open up more slots or people start dropping.</p>
<p>I was 17/17 on a waitlist yesterday morning and was off within about 3 hours.</p>

Anyway, yeah they got dropped on Jan 6. Now the only way people are removed from classes is if they remove themselves. That’s how the class will open back up.

<p>Wow 119/120 and you still got in? I’ve never heard of that, but wow that makes me feel a lot better. I am 40/50 in a class I was waitlisted on 2 days ago so i’m hoping I get in before classes start. I’ve been noticing that I’ve moved up 9 spots since I was waitlisted though, so maybe there is hope.</p>
