When do scores come out?

For the June ACT. My proctor said 5-8 weeks! That's so long! SAT scores come back like 19 days from the test date! This is my first ACT

They will be posted online at midnight on June 25, assuming you bubbled in everything right and filled out all the parts.

If you didn’t take the writing…3 weeks. If you did…5 weeks. They don’t finish grading the writing until about 2 weeks after they finish the multiple choice. If you took the writing, they have to wait to send you your entire score. Also, if you filled in the incorrect information on your answer sheet, it could result in a delay up until 8 weeks or even beyond. Good luck!

What about standby ?

They say that it takes 2 weeks for writing, but that was not true with the ACT I took in April. The multiple choice scores were online April 30 like expected. Then, like 2 or 3 days later, the writing score was posted. It did not take 2 weeks more.

What about standby? (bumping this question)

Not sure about standby. Maybe you can google it or go to ACT website and see if it says anything about when scores come out for standbys.

June 25th is when you can view your scores online. You don’t get the official score in the mail/can send your scores for several weeks, though.

I believe that testing as a standby can add up to 8 weeks, much like not filling in the bubbles.

Thanks vlad and everyone else! June 25 makes me feel a little better. I took it with writing though, so…

For my April test date, the writing and multiple choice were up on the same day- the 30th (the first day scores could go up).

Multiple choice scores will be availabe beginning at 5 am (central time) on the morning of Monday, June 25th. Writing scores are available beginning on Wednesday, June 27th. My other two score reports have followed the same delivery pattern. Unless you made a glaring mistake filling in all of that info about yourself on page 1 or you were on stand-by, the same should hold true for you. :)
