<p>Hi I have been hearing to get in my applications as early as possible and I'm worried that if I submit my apps sometime in November, I will have a harder time getting into colleges. So to quell my nerves I've decided to ask. When do colleges begin reading and evaluating applications? Is it done as they get them and when spaces are full they cease reading and also become less lenient as the spaces available begin to dwindle?</p>
