When do they send out letters?

<p>I applied to University at Buffalo with the CommonApp in October. Everything were sent in around November. I applied for the rolling admissions not early decision. When will I receive a letter about my acceptance? According to the website, my application is complete. I'm just waiting for the decision.</p>
