<p>So for international students, when does UCLA send the I-20 Form needed to get the student visa. It takes a while to get the visa and I've even emailed em asking about it. Still haven't gotten a reply. Any idea when they usually send it?</p>
<p>They will begin issuing I-20s on a rolling basis after July 1st, 2009.</p>

<p>Can’t I request them to send it earlier since it takes a loong time to get the visa here?

<p>Ok, I remember they processed my I-20 very quickly; however, I sent my request and forms a little bit too late. So in all cases, don’t worry THAT much, you can always talk to the consulate during your interview and say it’s not your fault that you got your I-20 a little late. Just let them know when you need to be here.</p>
<p>The thing is, i’m not worried about getting the visa. I just want to get it asap, I have plans for the summer with my friends in texas and my brothers will be there too. I wanted to go as soon as possible since I already have the B2 visa i dont have to wait until 30 days before the start of college to enter the US.</p>
