<p>Some universities like UIUC and the UC's mention that we have to submit transcript only if admitted.
And then there are universities which don't mention when to submit it. </p>
<p>I just had to ask, do the colleges through which we apply via Common App require the transcripts before the deadline or after admission?</p>
