When do transfer students with TAG get acceptance letter?

I noticed other transfers in here have TAG to UC campuses. I have a TAG to UCSB and know that letters start coming out March 22nd.

Anyone know if with a TAG you would get it around March 22nd or randomly between March 22nd and May 1st?

Im sure it willl be random but hopefully they release TAG acccceptances first

Hoping TAG acceptances come early.

I think it would put a lot of us at ease.

I got my UCD tag acceptance in like January or something.

^ Your UCD TAG approved, or your UCD acceptance?

I know for a fact that at least UCSB and UCSD does not give acceptance letters until everyone else gets theirs.

Maybe UCD is just different in the process.

For me, UCD was the only one that I signed a tag agreement on paper, so that may explain why I was already accepted for the TAG.

Other schools though, I’m waiting just like everyone else…

I got my UCD TAG approved as well, however, i havnt received any email from davis except the student housing and scholarship.

Last year, I signed a TAG for UCSD, and didn’t get my acceptance until April 3rd - after some non-TAG people. Granted, that was still pretty early compared to some people who didn’t get theirs until a few weeks later (both TAG and non-TAG). But, unless they’ve changed how they send them out this year, I don’t think having a TAG makes much of a difference as far as the decisions timeline goes.

I am so on the short bus… I didn’t even find out about TAG til Dec '09, yet I’d been all over ASSIST painstakingly checking to make sure I was in line with the pre-reqs… Me = dumba$$ and jealous of all you taggers.

And I really hope however they release things, it’s not alphabetical… Being an S can really suck sometimes.
