<p>So I am sending SAT II scores in after the December test. Do UCs look at applications before January (the month they would receive my SAT II scores? Do they reject people before January? Am I at a disadvantage since I sent them in later rather than sooner?</p>

<p>My understanding is that they start reviewing app files for the purpose of determining whether the applicant is UC eligible (meets minimum admission requirements) as early as the second week of Dec. As to actually deciding admission to each UC school for which there is not automatic admission based on being UC eligible, the review usually does not begin before Jan.</p>
