hey im really curious as to whether i exempt out of a college course due to my ap score. when do we find out? thanx
shelli

Um, they said 3rd week of april, but on the collegeboard website it says AP scores mailed on 7/02 and it said that may sat scores would be mailed on 6/03 and they were already in my MAILBOX on that date, friday 6/03. So i'm not sure. definitely within a month, heh.

3rd week of april? The exams are in May.

Mid- to late- July is when I got it last year.

Hahah. I meant july.

According to Collegeboard.com:

"Grades By Phone:
Starting July 1, AP Grades by Phone for the current year's exams will be available for students in the United States, U.S. territories, and Canada for a fee of $8 per call. This service will be offered 24 hours a day by TouchTone phone and will remain available for about six weeks. The toll-free number is (888) 308-0013. Students outside the U.S. and Canada can call AP Services."

Or you can wait until "Early-Mid July" to recieve your scores in the mail.

sounds good thanks guys.

If you call on the phone do they give you all of your scores for $8 or do they charge you $8 for each score?

i think 8 for all

can you check online?

no, someone should start a countdown

I'm leaving july 3rd...

it better be in my mailbox july 2nd...

probably won't...

They almost definately won't get to you by the 2nd - I doubt they'll even be mailed by then. You can call on the first and get all your scores for $8. You'll need a credit card number and your SS number or AP number (from your student pack)

our idiot proctor collected our student packs, is there any other way you can find your ap #? i didnt provide them with ss

The proctors took up the student packs even after your last test? You can try to call AP Services ((609) 771-7300 or (888) 225-5427) and see if they will give you your AP number

why aren't they available online like SAT scores?
i bet they know that AP kids are obsessive and will hand over the 8$ to find out early.

thnx tanman. yea, the proctor didnt really know what she was doing

lol i think youre right gloaming... damn cb

That phone line is such a scam--the scores are obviously ready, but they hold them ransom for one or two weeks hoping we'll crack and give them $8 for information that we'd get in two weeks for free.

Sometimes I feel like CB and I are in some type of abusive relationship.

just so you guys know, last year, the scores were available a few days in advance, so you should start checking on the 27th or so...

lies!! could it be???
