<p>so when does ED find out, or when has it found out in the past?! </p>

<p><em>edit</em> i just became unlazy and checked. seems word on the street is dec. 14/15 ish. nervewracking!</p>
<p>ED disappears into eternity, never to receive a response.</p>
<p>EA decisions, on the other hand, are mailed Dec. 15.</p>
<p>yep dec 15th they are mailed, called admissions and asked this morning</p>
<p>Is there any chance they may be sent on Dec. 14 considering the 15th is a Saturday? It seems this is what other colleges with similar dates are doing.</p>
<p>I hope so but admissions said the 15th, which is sad because then we have to wait until monday at the earliest to get our decisions ... anyone know how long it might take to get to chicago?</p>
<p>I think it only takes a day, if I remember correctly from last year's decisions thread.</p>
<p>It kind of sucks that ND doesn't do online decisions, but I guess it'll be fun to have the adrenaline rush of seeing a big envelope in the mail if you're accepted.</p>
<p>Weird- ever since I can remember, I've told people I want to go to ND, and now I'm about to find out whether I get in. It's kind of surreal.</p>
<p>I never really thought much about ND before I came on a whim to a football game last year. It was the UCLA (miracle) game, and I had such a great time. Not only was the school spirit awesome, but the school was too. I visited again in the summer to make sure this was the right place. Coming into filling in college apps, I had no doubt.</p>
