<p>May 1 is when you are to tell colleges your decision, so I agree with either late March or early April.</p>
<p>According to my UCB brochure, March 30 is the planned date to post online for Frosh apps, and April 30 for transfer apps. But, as noted by hwtf, Berkeley posted last, last year. There is a footnote in the brochure that says posting dates are "approximate."</p>
