<p>I qualified for National AP Scholar, when do we receive the awards?</p>
<p>Also, since I took 8 AP tests by 10th grade, would I list it as an award received in 10th grade on college apps, even though I only received the physical award in 11th grade?</p>

<p>It’s not. For some people, like me, school is easy, and so I get almost no work, and so I self study AP’s. I am planning to take 20 because what else CAN I do? >_></p>

<p>You probably should have gotten your award by now. I got my National AP Scholar award like 2 weeks ago, and I heard those all get sent out at the same time.</p>
<p>Congrats on 8 APs by sophomore year, though. I have a lot of respect for that. AP scores, at least to me, and definitely not to most people on CC, are the most telling sign of high school success on one’s resume.</p>
<p>^For some reason, I think they ship National AP Scholar then Scholar with Distinction then Scholar with Honor then Scholar. I know that National AP and Distinction people have received certificates while Honor and Scholar (just Scholar) people have yet to get the awards.</p>
<p>Not trying to derail here, but can one can AP Scholar with Honor/Distinction, and National AP Scholar award at the same time? Or is having National just understood that you would’ve gotten the others as well?</p>

<p>(Okay, I don’t want to boast, but I’m kind of excited about this, and very few people outside of CC will understand this…I got state ap scholar!! I know it’s a totally useless award, considering I’m in college already and all, but still…lol)</p>

<p>@mermaid123456: Congrats! Isn’t that award only given to 2 students in your state with the highest # of APs taken (along with having the best scores, on average?). If I’m correct, that’s a nice thing to flaunt about. =D</p>
