I haven't received my housing packet yet either. I would just chillax, I would bet someone would have posted on here already if they got something about housing.

I stayed in PARC during preview NU. They said that last year, there were too many applicants of one gender and not enough of the other, I can't really remember which one was which. Anyway, that could affect your chances. Also, they said a high number of people were returning next year, so if you really want to live in PARC i would put it down as your number 1 choice.

I thought PARC was pretty cool, the headmaster was a speechwriter for Richard Nixon and we got to talk to him during dinner and stuff. It was pretty cool. PARC doesn't have its own dining hall, but it has its own room at the Allison dining hall. If you really like politics and you want a smaller residential college, it would be a great place to live. I

'm actually looking for a larger dorm, and I'm torn between Allison (right next to my classes with huge rooms) and Elder (all freshman, closer to the party areas of campus). I know housing has been hashed and rehashed on this forum, but can anyone say anything new to persuade me?
