When do you join a university from the time of High School graduation?

I see from your other posts that you are a US citizen who is living abroad. If you haven’t already done so, read through everything at [EducationUSA | Study Abroad, Student Visa, University Fairs, College Applications and Study in the U.S. / America](http://www.educationusa.state.gov) then make an appointment with the counselors at the advising center closest to where you live. They are expert at helping students educated in your country find good places to study in the US. If no one in that office has helped a US citizen recently, they have colleagues in other offices who have done so.

It is unlikely that any college or university in the US would ever ask to see your diploma. What they will need are official copies of your school records. When you contact the places that you are applying to, ask them what kinds of school records they will need.

Wishing you all the best!
