<p>I am currently doing an internship that started in January and I think it will probably continue. I do public relations for a local non-profit organization. The person who hired me I think had never had a PR intern, and our arrangement is pretty casual. I rarely go to the office and do all the work at home on my laptop. I believe he thinks I will be staying with them for a while(more than one semester), which I am fine with. I'm looking to get an internship that's a bit more structured though, and I really want to try out a different part of the PR industry. I can't do a summer internship because I'm traveling to China from July-August and that's basically in the middle of an internship period, so I am looking to get a Fall internship. When is the best time to start applying for Fall? I'm just concerned I won't be able to apply if I am out of the country.</p>
