<p>I submitted my online application last sunday, submitted my SAT score the next day, and my GC mailed her recomendation and my transcript on wednesday. </p>
<p>Since it's rolling, when will I hear back?

<p>I spoke with an admissions rep from PSU that came to my school. they will start reviewing apps Nov 30th. If you are well above or below average you will hear back quickly. The rep said most people don’t hear back until mid/late jan</p>
<p>My son has his application in about this time last year, was well above the average, and he heard in early December.</p>
<p>I heard around Jan. 20th, applied Sept. 1.</p>
<p>My status on mypennstate changed yesterday. before it said “your app is under review, blah blah blah.” Now it is says, “your app in under review, you will see your decision on here in the coming days” Wierd…</p>
<p>Just an FYI - my above average D’s status (4.1 GPA and 1950 SAT) changed from we have received your app to a rejection. I thought that was strange so I gave them a call and I had her guidance counselor also give them a call -good thing because it was a computer error!</p>
<p>It still says my transcript is incomplete. How long after my GC sent it should the online page update to say my application is complete?</p>
<p>did it go out by mail or did he/she fax it? mine was faxed and they got it 2-3 days after I requested it to be sent.</p>
<p>She sent it by mail in a manila envelope on wednesday.</p>

<p>At first it was everything is in, then it was a decision will be made in the coming days, and now it’s “Your application is complete, all of your required materials are here, and we are reviewing your credentials. A decision will be available here as soon as one is made.”</p>
<p>My son had the same message(a decision will be posted in the coming days) and then last night it said, “Congratulations you have been admitted” and then this morning it went back to “your application is complete a decision will be here as soon as it is made”
So he the admissions office and they said they had a computer glitch. Wow!!! Big Glitch!</p>

<p>Mine too changed in the last few days from the message with ‘in the coming days’’ to the one with ’ ll of your required materials are here’… Maybe that means they are real close to making a decision.</p>

<p>My status today changed from incomplete to all things are in and my application is under review!!! Possibly I’ll be sending higher SAT scores if my October SAT is higher.</p>

<p>Oct SAT Scores are released on Oct 28th, and sending the scores to PSU took me about a week for that to process.</p>
