When does decision from CSU come out for grad school?

<p>I am having anxiety attack !!
Please tell me WHEN they likely announce admission results, do they come out on rolling basis or all at once ?
By the way, any chance a 3.2 gpa from a UC school in la with no thing else noteworthy make it to Electrical program ?
