<p>I could only speak for the last three winters…last winter there was snow before the winter break and it did stick. Most of the snow hits Ithaca during the winter break.</p>
<p>My S said it was snowing this past weekend - and sent a text asking me to please send gloves. It is cold there/here (NY) - and will stay that way thru April!</p>
<p>through April? Wow, school is over in May…</p>
<p>When I attended seemingly every year we had a big blast right during finals week, made those trips to Barton Hall all the more pleasant, and the trip home for break all the more exciting shall we say. There were generally some flurries, and maybe a minorly significant snowfall or two, before that too. Thankfully a lot of the major snowfall seemed to occur when we were on break, because when we came back there was always a good deal of snow on the ground.</p>
