<p>No, they could not have. Making them available the same week would have allowed students to make knowledgeable and informed decisions as to whether and/or when to retake the test. Students would not need to register for the December test “just in case” and the resulting reduction in registration fees would have a profound adverse impact on this non-profit’s profits. ;)</p>

<p>I forget when October score report came out but I think we were already committed to December by then. If they sent QAS with the scores then it would have been useful for Dec SAT. Maybe they are thinking of maximizing January retakes. Wheels within wheels.</p>

<p>I would love to. Let me check to see if I signed anything that would prohibit it. Know what you are going through with these CB delays.</p>
<p>I got mine yesterday. I erased an 800 in the CR not once but twice. That hurt.</p>
<p>argbargy - It doesn’t matter what you signed. All you purchased was a copy of the test. You did not purchase the copyright and, for that reason, do not have the right to publish it. Sorry.</p>

<p>Called CB, they weren’t much help. Just said that my stuff has been ‘processed’, whatever that means.</p>
<p>26antara - See my post #9 above. My son’s QAS was “processed” on Nov. 8. We still haven’t seen hide nor hair of it . . . and we’re also on the east coast.</p>

<p>OK guys I looked into it and went through the procedure of registering for the May test with QAS.</p>
<p>The booklet itself says “Not for Reproduction and Resale” and “Unauthorized coping or reuse of any part of this page is illegal”</p>
<p>The T&C’s for the ordering in the web site list disseminating any of the SAT questions as Misconduct. And Misconduct is grounds for score cancellation. </p>
<p>So unfortunately I am not going to be able to scan the QAS for people who are entitled to it because they already bought it. Sorry to all who asked. The risk of having my son at home for another year is just too great.</p>
