<p>School starts September 25th so you'll move into the dorms Saturday September 20th.</p>

<p>.. the 25th is a Thursday? Thats a weird day to start lol.. I assumed it would have been on the 22nd (Monday).</p>
<p>I think on the UCI website there's a school calendar and it says the first three days (22-24) are orientation days and instruction actually begins on the 25th.</p>
<p>I love it when school starts in the middle or end of the week. It feels like you have time to adjust and then the weekend is already here.</p>

<p>When they send you your room assignment you'll get a move-in date as well. That move in date will be the Saturday or Sunday before school starts. You can't move into the dorms anytime before that.</p>
<p>wow my birthday is the day before school starts... at least i'll get to celebrate before i have to start working :p</p>
