<p>According to the Office of the Registrar website, telebears opens at noon on weekends. However, I've been checking telebears for the last two weekends before noon and it's always open already. My goal is to access telebears right when it opens so I can add to the waitlist for a class before it fills up. (Waitlists are only processed once a week on friday nights)</p>
