When does the 2011-2012 common app come out?

<p>I'm a junior right now, and I really want to get started on applications during the summer. Does anyone know when the 2011-2012 application becomes available?</p>

<p>The 2011-12 Common App Online will launch on August 1. Any account information you enter before then will be deleted in mid-July in preparation for the new cycle.</p>

<p>The FAFSA for the 2012-13 school year will go live on January 1, 2012. Prior to then, you should consider using the FAFSA4caster ([Home</a> - FAFSA on the Web-Federal Student Aid](<a href=“http://www.fafsa.ed.gov%5DHome”>http://www.fafsa.ed.gov)), which will allow you to enter information that will carry over to your actual FAFSA.</p>

<p>Does anyone know the exact time that the common app comes out online? is it midnight? thanks</p>
