When does the ED school receive application from the PharmCAS?

This might be a silly question but… When does the ED school actually receive the application from the PharmCAS? DC is done with ED application (all but one of the recommendations which, technically, he doesn’t even need. Only 3 required and the missing one is the 4th one). He doesn’t believe it’s been sent from the PharmCAS to the ED school yet and not sure how the app is sent from the PharmCAS to ED school. Also, is he supposed to get a confirmation when the app is sent/received by the school?

Each school should have a pharmas page with info. Also, did he read all of the pharmcas application instructions and ED instructions?

I think once transcripts are received, GPA calculated and PCAT score and recommendations received, they sent the application to the school.
