When does Trinity College Dublin mail admissions decisions?

<p>For international students (I'm American).
Are they rolling like St Andrews, or do they mail them at a specific time?
I've looked on their website but I can't seem to find anything about actual decisions.
Help me? Experience(s)?</p>
