<p>(I think he’s in, texted him saying “you’re a Trojan!”, but I didn’t open his 1 lb. package). We live in south Orange County, CA. USConnect message says “due to technical difficulties services currently unavailable”.</p>

<p>MA2011, I can now get in to USConnect but there are no specifics yet on grants or scholarships pertaining to my son, only descriptions of the various types of financial awards.</p>
<p>Collcall, I don’t want to open his mail. I’m sure it is an acceptance. I can’t imagine a 1 lb. package being a rejection based on what Georgia Girl and alamemom have described.</p>

<p>The package is so large that the envelope was torn when our mail carrier jammed it through the small mail slot (darn older homes!) I can see the cardinal red folder–but of course cannot open it. Sigh.</p>
<p>I could log on to S’s USC Connect, click the admissions tab and it looks exactly the same as it ever did.</p>

We will be reviewing applications through the month of March, and we expect to be able to meet our commitment to notify freshmen by April 1st. We often like to see the mid-year grades of freshman applicants.</p>
